Services

Four ways to work together.

Each service is usable on its own, or combined into a full concept-to-prototype engagement.

01

CAD & Product Design

Mechanical design from concept sketch to production-ready 3D models — enclosures, brackets, mechanisms, and assemblies. Clean geometry, sensible tolerancing, and a model tree your next engineer can actually work with.

02

Prototyping

FDM/SLA prototype builds and iteration cycles, so design decisions get tested against a physical part early — not just a render. I run the print-test-revise loop myself and bring the findings back into the CAD.

03

Design for Manufacture

Tolerancing, draft angles, wall thicknesses, and material selection reviewed against your actual production route — injection molding, sheet metal, or machining — before you commit to tooling.

04

Engineering Consulting

Fractional mechanical engineering support for startups that need senior design input — design reviews, feasibility checks, simulation sanity checks — without a full-time hire yet.

How a project runs

Five steps, no surprises.

01

Scope

A short call to understand the concept, constraints, and what "done" looks like.

02

Design

CAD development against agreed geometry, tolerances, and manufacturing route.

03

Prototype

FDM/SLA builds to validate fit, function, and assembly before committing further.

04

Iterate

Design corrections driven by what the physical part actually shows.

05

Handover

Production-ready files and documentation, scoped to your manufacturing partner.

Not sure which service fits?

Send over what you're working on — even a rough sketch is enough to start scoping.
